All purchases are final. Returns are not accepted, except in the case of a faulty appliance. If an issue arises with the appliance, please contact us immediately for assistance. All appliances are pre-owned, and normal wear and tear, such as minor markings or surface imperfections, may be visible. These do not affect the functionality of the appliance.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If you have any issue with your appliance reach out to info@nkaproperty.com and we will accept a full refund return. If you wish to replace the appliance we will replace it for you however a delivery fee will be charged if you choose to have us install it.
